Inbound Sales Retention Specialist

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will consult with and retain small business advertisers remotely while highlighting the value of Yelp's advertising solutions. Key responsibilities Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely and effective customer support Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers through an inbound phone queue Utilize ad performance metrics to demonstrate investment returns to clients Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience Technical proficiency with computers and information systems Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
