Residential Youth Counselor

LYDIA is seeking a child care worker to facilitate group activities for youth ages 6-17 in a structured residential program. You will support daily living skills, monitor safety, participate in training, and assist in emotional and social growth through informal counseling and skill-building groups. You will encourage educational progress by communicating with teachers, supervising homework, and coordinating recreational activities, while documenting mental health services provided and #J-18808-Ljbffr
