Product Manager III - Business Banking

Role Description

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Product Manager III to own and drive the strategy and execution of Bankjoy’s next-generation business banking platform. This role will be responsible for:

• Defining product vision and shaping the roadmap.
• Ensuring strong execution across a complex and evolving product area.
• Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Client Success teams.
• Delivering scalable, secure, and compliant business banking capabilities.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior product managers.
• Developing deep domain expertise quickly.
• Making sound decisions in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in financial services or B2B fintech.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, and product architecture discussions.
• Deep knowledge of payment rails including ACH, wire transfers, card networks, and real-time payments.
• Experience working with payment compliance requirements and security frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly.

Requirements

• Experience working with credit unions or community banks (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Q2, Apiture, Temenos, Fiserv, or similar digital banking vendors (Nice to Have).
