The role owns the databases and tools required to develop strategy for the Organic Growth team, leading projects or phases that support Pipeline Management, Gating Process control, Goals‑KPIs tracking, and Pipeline Reporting. Accountable for ongoing maintenance and reliable updates of information needed to track and report the status and evolution of the Onshore Renewables Pipeline of Projects, this analyst manages data and tools to support accurate tracking and reporting. Working independently with limited supervision, the Sr Analyst proposes process improvements, identifies issues from conflicting data, and informs management of potential risks. The analyst also serves as the primary contact for Onshore Organic Growth areas and trains colleagues on tool usage. Overall, the role delivers reporting, analysis, and preparation of information that informs strategy and planning of the Onshore Organic Growth Pipeline, helps achieve yearly goals, brings profitable projects to FID, and mitigates risks. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Balancing – Keep databases and reports up‑to‑date for project prioritization and balancing (FID target dates, technologies, markets, regions). Provide analysis to support management decisions. Pipeline Reporting – Prepare and release recurrent reports such as the Quarterly Pipeline Report and the monthly Global Pipeline Report. Identify gaps and inform management of findings. Project Budgets – Own tools tracking actuals and forecast spending of projects under development; facilitate teammates’ use of these tools. Projects Schedules – Own tools tracking operative milestones and economic commitments; identify KPIs gaps, anticipate risks, and propose solutions. Development Projects Dashboard – Assist the Sr Manager in analyzing gaps between schedules and the Development Dashboard, reporting risks, and recommending reprioritizations. Regional Quarterly Meetings – Coordinate Regional Meetings, preparing tables and figures needed for presentations. Process Documentation – Document changes to current processes and methods and record new processes created by the team. Gating Process Development Initiatives – Coordinate and review materials for Development Initiatives meetings to approve project ideas (PR0 to PR1, PR1 to PR2). Projects Promotions – Own the Promotion process (PR0‑PR1‑PR2‑PR3) and assist the team with tools needed to track status. Tracking of Monetary Commitments – Manage tools that monitor actual and future spending; serve as first line of communication for budget data. Operative Milestones – Own databases and tools for milestones such as Site Control, Engineering Design, Interconnection, and Permitting. Project Descriptives – Support the team with Descriptive decks: locating templates, organizing folders, filling information. Growth Strategy Goals Tracking – Track progress toward yearly goals, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions. KPIs Reporting – Own tools for reliable and agile reporting of Organic Growth KPIs. Digitalization Tools Development – Lead optimization and automation of team tools, documenting methods and processes. Cross‑functional Collaboration – Benchmark tools, reports, and information across Onshore Renewables teams to support project evolution and pipeline balancing. Required Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 6 years of experience working in the renewables / Electric market industries (Origination, Development, RES Financial modeling, M&A, etc.). Depth understanding of data management and analysis. Customer service focus and professionalism. Pro‑active, detail‑oriented, results‑driven, with organized work techniques. Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, VBA, and SAP skills. Spanish recommended. International assignment experience recommended.
