Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Operations

Job Summary This job is responsible for aiding the execution of supply chain activities, focusing on logistics, inventory control, and product launches. It includes monitoring supply chain sustainability and optimizing operational processes. The role supports strategic alignment and drives initiatives for supply chain success. Job Description Responsibilities: Assisting in the development of strategic plans for business operations, including new and existing projects Executing setup and readiness activities for new devices, products, and projects within operations Developing and implementing performance improvement projects for both forward and reverse logistics Triaging field and corporate escalations to resolve operational and vendor management issues promptly Partnering with the planning team to monitor inventory and production capacity, preventing service level issues Creating reports to analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends, and providing in-depth analysis for leadership Acting as a technical and process liaison to ensure adherence to supply chain policies Leading process improvement efforts within supply chain operations to enhance efficiency Communicating project details, including timelines and risks, to the supply chain leadership team Liaising with stakeholders to facilitate the new product introduction process and improve time to market Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
