Nurse Manager: Lead Geriatric Care & Staffing Excellence

Arc at Kankakee is seeking a Nurse Manager to supervise professional nursing practice for Assisted Living residents. You will ensure quality care, coordinate nursing programs, and resolve professional and administrative challenges within established policies.

Responsibilities include staff allocation, rounding, and responding to emergencies while maintaining survey compliance and effective communication with leadership and staff.
