Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions as needed

Monitor and report patient progress to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

Education and Experience:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in [State]
