Associate Attorney

Job DescriptionThe Prince Firm is a small Santa Rosa law firm focused on advising and representing employers through out the state in OSHA matters and crisis management.\n\nWe are currently seeking an associate attorney. This position has plenty of potential for growth and longevity. For the right person with experience, it could possibly have equity potential.\n\nThe ideal candidate will possess:\n\nAt least 3 years of litigation or administrative law experience;\n\nSuperior analytical, writing, research and communication skills;\n\nAn ability to see the big picture, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines;\n\nProactive time management, client handling and learning skills;\n\nand, the ability to work independently, as well as feel comfortable working in a small team environment; this is a full-time, on-site position.
