Job Summary We are seeking a Court Monitor to oversee courtroom activities and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. The Court Monitor will observe proceedings, maintain order, and assist in the enforcement of courtroom policies. Responsibilities 1. Monitor courtroom activities and behavior to maintain a respectful and orderly environment. 2. Ensure all participants adhere to courtroom rules and procedures. 3. Enforce safety and security protocols within the courtroom. 4. Report any disruptions or violations to the appropriate authorities. 5. Assist judges and court personnel as needed during proceedings. 6. Document observations and incidents accurately and thoroughly. 7. Provide assistance to individuals requiring special accommodations. 8. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in court proceedings. Qualifications 1. Over 16 years old 2. Proven experience in law enforcement, security, or court administration. 3. Knowledge of courtroom etiquette, procedures, and legal terminology. 4. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities. 6. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. 7.
