Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote Location: Cary, NC and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available) Overview Cortica’s BCBAs use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Benefits Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $100,216 - $126,890 Second Bonus: Up to an additional 10% of monthly salary with a second bonus for increased earning potential. First Year Bonus: $7,500, in addition to the compensation potential above. Time Off: Up to 22 days off in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Hybrid Flexibility: Remote flexibility with telehealth determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client and BT. CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually to support professional development. License Reimbursement: Coverage of BCBA license renewal costs. 401(k) Matching: Contributions matched to support future planning. Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in children’s lives. Average Billable Hours: 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Dual Bonus Program: Two separate bonus opportunities reward impact and leadership. Growth and Advancement: Opportunity to advance through BCBA levels I–IV, with reduced productivity targets at higher levels to allow focus on leadership and broader interests. Autonomy: Full control over supervision schedule and case management. Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
