CNC Mill Operators

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers (3, 4, and 5 axis) and CNC boring mills (3 and 4 axis) with Fanuc and Haas controls.
• Operate machines with table sizes ranging from 2 meters to 3.5 meters, including a 30-foot floor mill and other large-scale equipment.
• Perform minor programming, machine pick-up, and offsets as needed.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of machined parts according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC vertical/horizontal machining centers and boring mills (3, 4, and 5 axis) preferred.
• Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas controls required.
• Ability to set up and run large CNC boring mills and floor mills.
• Knowledge of Mastercam and ability to perform minor programming and offsets is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable commute to Tipp City, OH 45371, or willingness to relocate before starting work is required.
