The Role
This is a field-based, hunter-style aftermarket sales role focused on:
- Service agreements (CSA)
- Parts revenue growth
- Preventing downtime before it happens
You are not inside sales. You are not order-taking. You own a territory. You build relationships. You drive revenue through insightnot pressure.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Walk customer sites daily and identify equipment risk before failure
- Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts
- Grow parts + service revenue across your territory
- Build relationships with operators, techs, and leadership
- Prospect new business through consistent field activity + outreach
Expectation:
- 15 in-person touchpoints/day
- 5 outbound calls/day
Competitive base salary ~$40,000 Uncapped commission (no ceiling Parts + Service + CSA) Quarterly + Performance bonus structure $800/month auto + phone allowance High performers scale fast. Average performers plateau.

You're A Fit If:
- You've sold in parts, service, or industrial environments
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent successful track record in industrial sales.
- You have a valid driver's license & the ability to safely operate lift trucks for demos.
- You're comfortable with cold outreach + field prospecting
- You have mechanical awareness (you can "see" problems early)
- You prefer autonomy over hand-holding
- You want income tied to your effortnot capped potential
