Home-Based Telehealth Collaborating Physician

HarmonyCares

HarmonyCares seeks a Collaborating Physician to support APNs conducting in-home and telehealth wellness assessments. You will be available for consultation, review charts annually, and ensure adherence to policies and state laws. You will also ensure excellent customer service to all stakeholders. Qualified candidates hold an active medical license, board certification or eligibility, residency completion, and at least one year of healthcare management experience, with Indiana residency and a #J-18808-Ljbffr HarmonyCares
