Position: Associate Medical Director – Behavioral Health
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $225,000–$300,000

Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership for behavioral health services
Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians
Develop evidence-based behavioral health programs and clinical protocols
Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams
Manage complex psychiatric cases through telehealth, home-based, and facility-based care
Lead quality improvement initiatives and support behavioral health integration
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified in Psychiatry
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience treating adults with complex psychiatric and medical conditions
Experience with integrated behavioral health, telehealth, or geriatric psychiatry is a plus
Active medical license or ability to obtain licensure
