CASHIER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Summary Position: Cashier (full‑time and part‑time). Location: Filoli, 86 Canada Road, Woodside, CA 94062. Pay: $22‑$26 per hour. Schedule: Full and part‑time shifts, including weekends. Typical shifts: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 11:30 am – 6:00 pm. Required: Customer service experience preferred; barista experience preferred but not mandatory. Perks: Tipped position, free shift meal, uniform shirt provided, internal employee referral bonus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs sales transactions and records purchases accurately. Issues change, accepts various payment methods, gives receipts. Follows procedures for cash refunds. Provides friendly customer service and resolves complaints. Maintains cash drawer compliance with overage/shortage standards. Monitors line for standard portion differentiation. Replenishes condiments, beverages, supplies, and pastry case. Maintains sanitation and service standards. Ensures compliance with ServSafe, safety, and inventory controls. Performs additional duties as required.
