Mid-Market Account Executive

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Mid-Market Account Executive will manage mid-market deals from initial meetings through to signature, focusing on aligning clinical, operational, and business stakeholders while building financial and ROI cases for innovative psychiatry practices. Key responsibilities Run mid-market deals from first meeting to signature, ensuring alignment among stakeholders Diagnose the appropriate offerings for practices and build a strong financial case for purchasing decisions Maintain pipeline hygiene and contribute to improving segment measurement while representing the company at industry events Required qualifications 3+ years of experience closing six-figure deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees Experience selling into independent medical practices with an understanding of purchasing decisions Strong financial acumen to discuss practice P&L and related metrics Experience selling services alongside software rather than just software seats Startup experience in Series A through C companies, demonstrating autonomy and adaptability
