We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to support traditional Italian pizza production in a wood-fired oven environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on pizza preparation experience, strong attention to quality, and a commitment to food safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for traditional Italian pizzas.
- Prepare and portion ingredients for service.
- Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
- Execute the menu efficiently in a wood-fired oven environment.
- Monitor pizza quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout production.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in pizza preparation.
- Food Handler Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
