Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients well-being. Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions.

Requirements

A Certified Home Health Aide license is required. Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and assist with mobility. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
