Requirements Locums - Everett We are URGENTLY seeking coverage for September 7-13. Provider will be added to the locums pool for ongoing, consistent coverage needs. **MUST HAVE CLEAN FILES*** Regardless of start date, ALL locum providers must go through the sites temp privs process, so must have a clean file to make it through temp privileges. Schedule: inpatient onsite days 7am-5:30pm and night pager call 5pm - 7am on some nights (They will not be on call every night). Provider *MUST* be able to work inpatient shift AND night call, we will not accept bids for providers who cannot do both. Please include provider availability for needed weeks in presentation, we will prioritize providers who are able to cover multiple weeks for continuity of care. Site will reach out directly to providers, please have them check the provided email address for outreach and respond in a timely manner. OT would apply after 10 hours per day, not 40 hours per week.
