Hospice RN Case Manager — Compassionate Care Leader

Altus Hospice

Altus Hospice is seeking a compassionate Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager to join our nursing team delivering end-of-life care in Victoria and surrounding areas. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with responsibilities spanning direct patient care, care coordination, and family guidance. The RN will collaborate with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity, comfort, and high-quality service. #J-18808-Ljbffr Altus Hospice
