We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend RN to join our dynamic team at Avir at Victoria. As a Weekend RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on our community.

About the Role:
As a Weekend RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care on weekends, providing routine care, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care on weekends, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the healthcare team

Assist with procedures and surgeries as needed

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
