Recruiter

Aegis is seeking a contract recruiter to join our client's organization in Cary, IL. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience: Must have: Ability to read Spanish applications and conduct interviews in Spanish. 3+ years of Full-cycle recruiting experience. Strong phone screening and interview scheduling experience. Able to work independently with minimal direction. Strong organizational skills. Nice to have: Manufacturing recruiting experience. Agency recruiting background (preferred). Experience sourcing through career fairs and proactive recruiting strategies. Responsibilities: Manage inbound applicants for multiple manufacturing positions Conduct phone screens in both English and Spanish Read and review applications submitted in Spanish Schedule interviews with hiring managers Assist with onboarding activities for new hires Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient hiring process #J-18808-Ljbffr Aegis Worldwide
