Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment efforts by managing interview logistics, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. Primary Responsibilities: This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Skills & Requirements: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Prior experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed. Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is a plus. Proactive time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and follow-through skills with high attention to detail. Trusted with confidential information. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator's responsibilities will be: Create detailed and complex candidate interview schedules Prepare for virtual and onsite interviews by booking appropriate conference rooms and ordering any necessary food Manage and communicate any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team Continually update HR statuses of candidates and new hires in the applicant tracking system Assist other TAC team members as needed Compensation: $30 to $32 per hour.
