Paid Media Specialist

As a fast-growing, AI-first company at the intersection of technology, branding, and startups, Atom is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own the technical and strategic backbone of its paid advertising. The Role We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can run our paid advertising operation end to end, with real technical fluency across platforms and a deep understanding of what happens under the hood. This is a mid-level role for someone who's genuinely drawn to the technical side of paid media: platform setup, event and conversion tracking, technical audits, and structured testing. You'll work across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and newer platforms including ChatGPT and other AI-driven advertising channels. This isn't a role where someone else builds the technical foundation and you just launch creative. You'll own that foundation yourself. What You'll Do Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat ad platforms Build and troubleshoot event tracking and conversion setups across all channels Conduct technical audits to catch tracking issues, attribution gaps, and setup errors before they affect performance Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative, audience, and campaign structure Manage remarketing and audience targeting strategy Own reporting and performance analysis, and turn findings into clear optimization actions Partner with the creative team to test new formats and messaging Stay ahead of new paid channels, including AI-driven platforms, and evaluate them for testing Use AI tools to work more efficiently across campaign execution and analysis What We're Looking For 4-6 years of experience in paid media, paid social, or performance advertising Strong technical fluency: platform setup, pixel/event tracking, and analytics implementation Hands‑on experience designing and running structured A/B tests Comfortable working across a broad and evolving set of ad platforms Strong analytical skills and fluency in GA4 or similar analytics tools High ownership mindset: able to run paid media independently, end to end Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflow Bonus: experience testing or launching on newer/less mature ad platforms, or working in a startup environment Why This Role is Different Real technical ownership of paid media, not just campaign execution Early exposure to emerging ad channels most marketers haven't touched yet Direct collaboration with founders and leadership on marketing strategy Clear path to grow into a senior or leadership paid media role as Atom scales Benefits 401(k) dental insurance health insurance paid time off vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
