Strategic HR Leadership

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, organizational health, and change management.

Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, accountability, communication, and company culture.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development

Lead recruiting efforts for field, operational, and professional positions.

Develop hiring strategies that support workforce growth and critical staffing needs.

Employee Relations & Leadership Support

Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective action processes.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.

Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.

Performance Management & Training

Support performance review processes, goal setting, employee feedback, and development planning.

Coordinate leadership development and employee training programs.

Help managers strengthen coaching, communication, and accountability skills.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

Maintain accurate HRIS records and reporting.

Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to processes and programs.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Administer the company's Alcohol, Cannabis, and Drug Testing and Prevention Program.

Manage unemployment claims, hearings, and required documentation.

Maintain HR policies and procedures that support legal compliance and operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.

Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.

Bilingual English/Spanish.
