Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support large-scale capital construction programs. This role is responsible for project scheduling, schedule analysis, time impact assessments, change order evaluations, cost engineering support, and progress reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate project schedules based on established project execution plans.
• Review contractor schedules for contract compliance and quality assurance.
• Evaluate change orders and contract amendments for schedule and budget impacts.
• Perform time impact analyses and assess project delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations and schedule-related discussions.
• Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) analyses.
• Identify scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Review contractor progress reports and recovery schedules.
• Conduct project site visits and provide schedule progress updates to management.
• Support cost analysis, budget tracking, and cash flow forecasting through cost-loaded schedules.
• Interpret and apply construction contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate project status and findings effectively with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project or program scheduling experience on large construction programs.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 Scheduling Software.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling principles, cost engineering, and project controls.
• Experience performing time impact analyses.
• Experience with construction claims and change order management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work across multiple project sites as needed.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional qualifying experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
