Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic math, reading, and computer skills required for inventory tracking and documentation. Ability to understand safety procedures, shipping documents, and warehouse processes.

Experience Requirements Warehouse picker/packer and PIV experience. Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Experience with RF scanners, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail when handling inventory, shipping documents, and quality checks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products and materials throughout the shift. Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and performing repetitive movements for extended periods. Ability to safely load, unload, stack, and transport materials in a warehouse environment. Comfortable working around industrial equipment and varying warehouse conditions.

Job Duties Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to safely move products and materials. Load and unload trailers, rail cars, and shipments while ensuring products are properly secured and transported. Build pallets, stack materials, shrink wrap products, and prepare orders for storage or shipment. Utilize RF scanning equipment to track inventory, document product movement, and maintain accurate records. Perform inventory control activities, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and verification of shipping and receiving paperwork. Conduct quality assurance checks, report damaged products or shortages, maintain a clean work area, and follow all company safety guidelines.
