Shore Acres Care Center - St Petersburg We are seeking a full‑time Speech Therapist to join our team. The position offers an excellent hourly rate, a sign‑on bonus for direct hires, and flexible schedules. We are also hiring a Per Diem SLP/CCC. Benefits One Location, No Daily Travel Flexible Schedules Excellent Pay Rate Continuing Education Allowance Professional Licensure Reimbursement Speech Therapist Job Summary Conduct screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for evaluation and/or intervention. Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data for developing the plan of care for swallowing, communication, and/or cognition. Provide Speech Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care. Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT, and facility success. Speech Therapist Qualifications Minimum of a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. A current Florida Speech Therapy Pathology License. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be computer/tech savvy.
