IBP Product Owner / o9 Functional Lead

seeking an experienced IBP Product Owner / o9 Functional Lead to own the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capabilities across LATAM markets. This role will serve as the critical bridge between Supply Chain business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams to drive successful deployment and adoption of the o9 Digital Brain platform.

The ideal candidate combines deep Supply Chain planning expertise with hands-on o9 implementation experience and has a proven track record translating complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, S&OE, and Distribution Planning processes. This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder management, product ownership, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the functional design, implementation, and deployment of o9 IBP capabilities for assigned markets
• Act as the primary integration point across business, product, architecture, engineering, and implementation teams
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, planning processes, data structures, configurations, and workbook solutions
• Partner with solution architects, data engineers, and technical teams to ensure business requirements are effectively implemented
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritization strategy, and feature backlog
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release planning
• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams while managing dependencies, risks, and change management activities
• Drive stakeholder engagement to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful adoption
• Identify process improvement opportunities while balancing global standards with local market business needs
• Monitor KPIs, product performance, and user adoption metrics
• Support testing, training, go-live readiness, and post-deployment stabilization activities
• Influence senior leadership and provide recommendations regarding planning capabilities and future roadmap initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct reporting authority

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Consulting, Supply Chain Technology, or Enterprise Planning implementations
• Strong Supply Chain Planning expertise including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, S&OE, and IBP processes
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting o9 Solutions / o9 Digital Brain Platform
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional designs and process solutions
• Experience owning functional design, configuration standards, testing, training, and user adoption initiatives
• Strong understanding of planning data structures, hierarchies, master data, and planning models
• Experience partnering closely with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Technical Delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify platform limitations and design effective business process solutions
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
• Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change
• 3+ years of experience within CPG, consumer goods, food & beverage, or similar planning-intensive industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blue Yonder planning solutions and integrations with o9
• Experience supporting global or multi-country IBP transformations
• Background within the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods industry
• Experience working across multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
• Understanding of master data management and planning system integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience balancing global process standards with local market requirements
• Exposure to large-scale planning transformation programs

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have experience serving as an o9 functional lead or product owner in a large CPG environment, owning the functional design and deployment of planning capabilities across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OE, and Distribution Planning. They will be comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology, driving roadmap decisions, influencing executive stakeholders, and leading implementation efforts through Agile delivery methodologies.
