Service Lead Ampersand Brands, LLC – Columbia, Maryland, United States About this position Ampersand Brands is a growing portfolio of beloved confectionery brands, including Hammond’s Candies and Lolli & Pops. As part of our expansion, we seek a part‑time Service Lead / Keyholder to manage store operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicator (KPI) targets and taking appropriate actions to achieve store goals. Lead guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge sharing. Enhance overall team performance through product knowledge education, coaching on selling skills, and leading by example. Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members. Support the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management. Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness. Enforce all policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively. Serve as a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store. Be able to lift up to 25 pounds for routine duties and up to 75 pounds for certain tasks using appropriate safety techniques. Bias toward action, capable of lifting and moving items up to 75 pounds safely. Desire to be coached and mentored. Attention to detail – accuracy in documents, cleanliness, and operations. Problem‑solving mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple daily duties. Positive, fun‑loving attitude and energetic spirit.
