Commercial Danaher Business System Leader, North America (Continuous Improvement Leader)

Danaher seeks a Commercial Danaher Business System Leader for North America to drive continuous improvement across the sales organization at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. The role partners with regional sales leadership to implement DBS methodologies, govern problem-solving initiatives, build certification pipelines, and cultivate operational culture. Based in one of five U.S. locations, the position reports to the Director of DBS Commercial Domain.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional commercial Kaizen and problem-solving funnels with DBS standards and best practices
Manage DBS certification pipeline across Americas region to build organizational capability
Lead DBS training events and serve as cultural ambassador for continuous improvement practices
Drive adoption of DBS fundamentals including daily management and problem-solving protocols
Ensure proper deployment, sustainment, and innovation of commercial DBS tools

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science, marketing, business administration, or related field
7+ years in sales, sales management, sales operations, or continuous improvement roles
Demonstrated proficiency with Danaher Business System fundamentals and commercial tools
Strong process orientation with problem-solving skills and results delivery focus
Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Capability to travel 35% within North America with occasional international travel
