Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)Klaviyo is looking for an organized and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Recruiting Operations Coordinator on a 6-month contract basis, with potential to extend. This individual will play a key part in supporting our global recruiting operations team, owning the end-to-end candidate coordination lifecycle & utilizing our recruiting tools to provide an exceptional experience.You will report into the Manager, Recruiting Operations and play an instrumental role in helping our RecOcs team scale globally. In this role, you'll drive the show – partnering closely with recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, recruiting leadership, & cross-functional stakeholders to raise the bar on how we hire. You'll own the details of coordination, sharpen our processes, and build the systems that let us hire efficiently at scale.How you'll make a difference:Own scheduling and coordinating both virtual and onsite interviews using Guide and Greenhouse, from initial availability requests through candidate confirmationEnsure an exceptional candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high-quality coordination of all aspects of the interview cycle, & clear, personalized communicationCoordinate onsite interview logistics, candidate travel, and reimbursements across Klaviyo's global locationsManage internal interview processes promptly, accurately, and with confidentialityAct as a strategic partner on recruiting ops challenges – spotting scalable solutions through data, tools, process improvements, and cross-functional collaborationHelp drive high-leverage TA programs and enablement, including automated workflows interviewer training, and candidate NPS initiativesWho you are:Experienced in recruiting coordination, operations, or with related experience in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong stakeholder management & communication skills with a customer first mentality — you build rapport and earn trust fast, no matter who you're working withA track record of improving workflows, operational processes, or systems at scaleFluent with tools like Guide, Greenhouse, Slack, Navan, and Google WorkspaceHighly organized, with sharp prioritization instincts and the ability to move fastDetail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-first when tackling operational challengesA collaborative mindset and genuine drive to make processes, documentation, and team operations betterA "no task too big or too small" attitude, with the professionalism & discretion to support candidates at any levelPlease note that this is a contract position based in our Boston office; this is an hourly role and will be paid through an external partner.Massachusetts Applicants: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Base Pay Range For US Locations: $35 — $45 USDThis role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events.
