• Location: Primary practice location in Omaha, Nebraska, with opportunities for investment in the local clinic, surgical hospital, and real estate.
• Compensation: First-year guaranteed salary based on MGMA data, with high earning potential tied to a direct billing/physician fee model.
• Referral Pathways: Strong internal referral system with shared new patient visits to support practice growth.
• Experience: Welcoming candidates with prior experience as well as those recently completing fellowship training. At this time, we are only considering candidates with an orthopedic surgery background.
