Role: Client Relationship Manager Location: Hybrid (Primarily Remote) DMV Area (Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia) Type: Contract Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to support employer groups and broker partners within a healthcare insurance environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical claims, eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration, along with exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, escalations, and service‑related issues while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Insurance experience. Strong working knowledge of: Medical Claims Processing Eligibility Verification Enrollment Administration Employee Benefits Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage high‑volume workloads while meeting deadlines and service‑level expectations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned employer groups and broker partners. Research, investigate, and resolve issues related to: Medical Claims Eligibility Enrollment Benefits Administration Manage and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to client inquiries. Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and activities within Salesforce. Ensure service inquiries are addressed within established turnaround times of 2448 hours. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and improve client experience. Participate in benefit fairs, client meetings, and team events as needed. Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and outstanding customer service. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Salesforce CRM. Experience with Luminex (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
