Position Responsibilities: Provides production support during all phases of manufacturingCreates of bill of material and production build plans while leading and implementing manufacturing plansDevelops and implements production and tooling methodologiesParticipates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplinesDevelops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for buildConducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirementsAssists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practicesAnalyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitionsResolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or scheduleCoordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and conceptsValidates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problemsImplements lean principles and technologiesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
