Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager Contract role is a client-facing, cross-functional project management role. In this contract role, you will own the implementation experience from start to finish by managing a project plan and coordinating with subject matter experts throughout the company – Eligibility, Benefit Plan Design, Finance, etc. – and external partners. This role gives the space to be both highly collaborative as well as the ability to take ownership over the success of a project. Responsibilities Track and manage multiple client implementations Scope, execute, and manage the implementation process for complex clients; interfacing directly with clients, partners, and internal experts to build a strong foundation for client satisfaction, partnership, and success. Coordinate with internal Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Member Advocacy teams to manage project tasks and client specific requests. Manage client expectations, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive client experience in which key milestones are met on-time and within scope.
