Truckwash Supervisor 12pm-8pm

Full-time plus benefits

$17.00 per hour + commission eligible

Experience preferred, but not required! 12pm - 8pm, flexible availability required, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to Truckomat customers
• Process cash-handling transactions
• Hand brush trucks per driver's request
• Keeping the work area clean and safe for employees and customers
• Supervise a team of Washbay attendants and work alongside them to ensure trucks are washed to our excellent standards

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months of supervisory experience are preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively to de-escalate any customer issues.
• Must be a self-motivated individual.
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule availability to ensure coverage.
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
