We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our 302-unit community in Centerville, OH. Working closely with the Community Manager and Regional Service Manager, you'll lead a skilled maintenance team, drive operational excellence, and help create a community residents are proud to call home. Why Morgan? $30.00–$35.00 per hour $300 Quarterly Morgan Essentials Bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Rotating on-call schedule required What You'll Do Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team while fostering a collaborative, safety-first culture. Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs. Troubleshoot and perform advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs. Manage inventory, vendor relationships, maintenance budgets, and purchasing. Ensure every repair is completed with quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Partner with community leadership to maintain a beautiful, well-run property that exceeds resident expectations. What We're Looking For Experience leading maintenance operations in multifamily housing preferred. Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance. Proven leadership experience supervising, coaching, and developing maintenance teams. EPA/HVAC Certification strongly preferred; CPO certification is a plus. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
