Litigation Paralegal

A civil litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal based in-office in the Sacramento area. Prior experience in a personal injury law office and with civil litigation is required. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and court filings, managing extensive client communication, preparing discovery requests and responses, assisting with intake calls from potential clients, and coordinating with judges and opposing counsel. Additionally, this position will work closely with investigators and attorneys regarding intake tracking, rejecting and signing up cases. Qualification 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including drafting motions, preparing discovery, reviewing records, scheduling, e‑filing, hearing and trial preparation, and file and calendar management Prior experience in personal injury law Proficient in legal calendaring Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client relations and interpersonal skills Highly organized with keen attention to detail Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft, including Excel and Word #J-18808-Ljbffr
