What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence Prepare, process, and package clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures Maintain documentation and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Provide clear explanations to patients to create a comfortable and professional experience Travel to multiple Patient Service Centers or in‑office locations as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment What We're Looking For A current, up‑to‑date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver error‑free work in a fast‑paced setting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service and communication skills Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying shifts Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable) Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Basic keyboard/data entry skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Consistent schedule with a mix of weekday and rotating weekend hours Opportunity to build and expand phlebotomy skills across diverse patient populations Exposure to multiple work sites and clinical environments Supportive team focused on patient care and operational excellence Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower Group (USA)
