We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization seeking an IT Business Analyst to support a high-impact enterprise data management and data warehouse initiative.

This is an urgent opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst who excels at bridging business and technology teams, driving process improvements, and supporting large-scale system implementations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business process analysis, data flow mapping, vendor implementation oversight, data governance, and user acceptance testing. Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.

Role Overview

\n

The IT Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting a major enterprise data management implementation while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate processes, gather requirements, document solutions, and drive successful project execution. This individual will serve as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Analyze business processes, system landscapes, and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
\n
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and requirements.
\n
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
\n
• Develop functional and technical requirements documentation.
\n
• Partner with project teams to support implementation planning and execution.
\n
• Map and optimize data flows across systems and business functions.
\n
• Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors during implementation activities.
\n
• Support data governance initiatives and best practices.
\n
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
\n
• Develop reporting requirements and assist with reporting solutions.
\n
• Drive process improvement efforts that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
\n
• Support change management, user adoption, training materials, and end-user communications.
\n
• Maintain documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and workflow materials.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
\n
• Experience with enterprise data management tools or similar platforms.
\n
• Experience working on data warehouse implementation or modernization projects.
\n
• Strong background in data flow mapping and process analysis.
\n
• Experience overseeing vendor implementations.
\n
• Knowledge of data governance concepts and best practices.
\n
• Experience conducting and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
\n
• Experience creating or supporting reporting solutions.
\n
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills.
\n
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Previous law firm experience.
\n

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Change management certification such as Prosci CMP or similar.
\n
• Experience supporting enterprise system adoption and organizational change initiatives.
\n
• Background working within professional services or accounting environments.
\n
