Overview

At All Ways Caring HomeCare, our Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care tailored to each client's unique needs in the comfort of their homes. We're looking for compassionate individuals who are difference-makers and take pride in their work every single day. We especially welcome experienced caregivers and those with specialized skills, though we're also happy to train motivated individuals starting their career in home care.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

Meal preparation
Housekeeping
Companionship
Personal hygiene care
Transportation assistance
Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
Effective verbal and written communication
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
