About the Role Juniper Square is building a new operations team to support our growing suite of AI‑powered products. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring those products deliver accurate, high‑quality outcomes for our customers. This is a detail‑intensive, process‑driven role. You will backfill historical data and documents into our platforms, and review and process AI‑assisted outputs across multiple product workflows. You will work closely with customer‑facing teams and will help define and optimize our operational framework, evaluating current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable processes to support the continuous evolution of our AI‑powered product suite. What You'll Do Data & Document Onboarding: Ingest and structure historical data and documents into Juniper Square platforms, ensuring information is accurately captured and properly organized for use within AI‑assisted workflows. AI‑Assisted Processing: Receive and process incoming work requests within defined SLAs, working within AI‑powered workflows to move requests efficiently from intake to completion. Quality Assurance: Review AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with source material, applying consistent judgment at every step before work is considered complete. Process Development: Follow established operating procedures with precision, and actively contribute to refining and improving them. Help build the playbook by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and piloting improvements that raise quality and efficiency across workflows. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with customer‑facing teams, maintaining clear communication and reliable turnaround accountability across multiple product workflows. Customer Engagement: Serve as an operational point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers, representing Juniper Square with professionalism and clarity, and translating complex operational details into straightforward communication that builds confidence and trust. Qualifications 2–3 years of professional work experience in an operations, administrative, or data‑focused role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with internal teams and external customers. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to sustain accuracy under volume and time pressure. Sound judgment and initiative to escalated issues appropriately. Comfort working within AI‑assisted workflows and the ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated content. Proficiency with standard business tools including Excel and general communication platforms; comfort with task‑management workflows. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload with a high degree of ownership. Experience in financial services or investment management is preferred; familiarity with institutional data and document workflows is helpful. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Compensation Base salary range for this role is $69,500–$91,500, with equity and benefits. Actual salary will be based on experience, skillset, location, and applicable minimum payroll requirements.
