Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to take on the Charge Nurse role in the Emergency Care Center. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care and will coordinate the nursing staff's activities effectively during their shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and coordination of nursing care in the Emergency Care Center.
• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess and manage patient health issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and competencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation related to patient care and staff activities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus in an emergency care setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
