ServiceNow IRM Developer

Locations: Minneapolis, Hopkins, McLean (VA), and other US Bank hub locations. In-person interviews preferred for candidates in Minneapolis,or McLean; otherwise, video. Core Responsibilities: Participate in design/discovery sessions and sprint ceremonies. Work with BAs and development leads to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Develop ServiceNow IRM user stories and take ownership from design through production deployment. Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow configurations wherever possible rather than customization. Perform testing, peer code reviews, defect resolution, and support functional/UAT testing. Maintain detailed technical documentation to meet audit requirements. Potentially develop custom applications using tools such as GitHub Copilot . Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow IRM: 3+ years Overall ServiceNow: 5+ years Optional / Preferred Skills: Spring Boot – 2+ years React UI – 2+ years ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Ideal Candidate: A strong hands-on ServiceNow IRM developer who can independently own requirements from discovery/design through development, testing and production, understands platform best practices, and favors configuration over unnecessary customizatio #J-18808-Ljbffr
