The candidate will work on-site with the benefits team and HR leadership. Key Responsibilities Analyze and audit benefit claims data to ensure compliance with plan documents, as well as carrier performance and adherence to service agreements and pricing arrangements. Compile, validate and audit benefit data for state federal mandated reporting requirements to various state and federal agencies in coordination with the Benefit Manager and Director of Benefits Assist in validating data file transmission with third party vendors to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Model and analyze data to identify trends, identity cost driver savings opportunities to assist leadership team in plan design, RFP and renewal strategy. Develop standard dashboard and executive reporting packages. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, health care, pharmacy tech or equivalent experience and training that provides the requisite knowledge skills and abilities Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office with highly Skilled Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis reporting Create or edit reports using Microsoft Office applications Deal professionally with highly confidential material and information at all times Interpret coverage related data and assist in developing new reporting functions. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Problem solving skills Working knowledge of health and welfare plans, specialty pharmacy, CMS, ACA reporting and compliance. Understanding of HRIS, SFTP and could systems for data extraction. Preferred Qualifications Ability in analytical competencies such as cost modeling, trend and claims analysis, statistical financial analysis.
