• $0.42 - $0.47 per mile 
• Detention pay per hour: $23 - $36 
• Drop and hook per stop: $45
• Stop pay per stop: $56
• Driver load/unload per stop: $45
• Hazmat per load: $40
• Refrigerated per load: $40 
• Crosstown per load: $25
• Driver assist per load: $25
• Empty move per load: $25
• Empty search per hour: $23 
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $23
• Mechanical tractor repositioning: $23
• Rail delay per hour: $23 
• Refused delivery per load: $36
• Truck order not used: $20
• Waiting on truck per hour: $23
• Overweight rework per hour: $23
• Yard checks per hour: $23
• Safety training pay per hour: $23
• Mandatory in-person roundtables and safety meetings per hour: $30
• New hire training pay per day: $200
• Holiday pay : $220 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $84,000
• Daily home time
