Salary Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Direct Care & ADLs: Assist patients with basic care activities, personal hygiene, daily living tasks (ADLs), and safe transfers or transport.
• Clinical Support & Reporting: Assist with physician-ordered procedures under RN supervision and promptly report physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff.
• Safety & Environment: Maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and actively identify and respond to safety hazards or emergency situations.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Memory Care experience.
