Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Application Specialist based in Ypsilanti, MI, with flexibility for some work from home. The Application Specialist will deliver technical and application support to customers, diagnose and troubleshoot system‑related issues, and provide training for effective use of LaVision’s products. They will collaborate with internal teams for continuous product improvement and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. The role involves technical problem solving, preparing documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high‑quality support services.
