Receptionist/Branch Admin Assistant
\n \nGrowing Real Estate Company is seeking a Receptionist/Branch Admin Assistant with strong customer service skills to run the front desk in our Tacoma branch. The right candidate must have a professional image, demeanor, and excellent people skills.
\n \nExperience and skills you must have:
\n• Focused with willingness to learn new programs/systems is essential.
\n• Self-starter who takes initiative with priority setting.
\n• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under various situations.
\n• Must be able to multitask.
\n• Reliability and punctuality.
\n• Excellent communication skills with friendly phone voice.
\n• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, & Word. Canva experience helpful.
\n• Tech savvy.
\n• Real estate experience and MLS experience are strongly preferred.
\n \nIn this position, you will:
\n• Provide support to the branch in all administrative aspects.
\n• Be the first impression ambassador.
\n• Meet and greet clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and friendly manner.
\n• Handle all incoming phone calls and forward them to the appropriate broker.
\n• Data entry for multiple systems.
\n• Monitor and update office records on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
\n• Create advertising for publications as necessary.
\n• Maintain the office area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and professional in appearance.
\n• Receive and distribute daily mail.
\n \nThis is a part time position. Available to start in about two weeks. $20 per hour. (11:30-5pm (25 hrs., includes ½ hour lunch), Monday through Friday). Office company override bonus monthly, paid time off, and major holidays after 90 days employment. No medical benefits per PT status. NOTE: Random days where you are needed starting at 8/8:30 am like our awards meeting, team meetings or breakfast meetings.
